There are a number of reliability rides in the North Kent area that may be of interest to members, including our own club one.

Reliability rides are traditional early season non-competitive? training events without frills. They usually have time bands to suit your pace with certificates awarded to riders completing within their chosen band.

At signing-on, you decide how long it will take you to ride around the course, and if you complete the event within your chosen time band, you receive a certificate. A few rides are route-marked, but most provide you with a route sheet to navigate yourself around the course.

 Unlike sportives there are only occasionally feed stops, but very little other support. It is up to riders to navigate the course and be self sufficient.
